As most of the pieces are handmade to order unfortunately a refund cannot be given once the order has been processed. Therefore it is important to be happy with the order before purchasing.
In the unfortunate circumstance that a piece is damaged during shipping please let us know within 4 days and also have pictures to send of damaged items. Each case will be assessed.
Please allow 3 to 4 working days for items to be shipped throughout Ireland.
Allow 10 working days for shipping to U.K, due to Covid19 shipping has been delayed in some circumstances.
How Can I Place An Order
If a piece is chosen from the shop then click on ‘buy’ & proceed to checkout.
If a piece is to be custom made, then contact us & we can chat about it.
In all cases full payment must be received before an order is processed. If payment has not been received within 5 working days we will contact you.
We will contact you before work will begin on any piece.
How long will an order take to make?
If a piece is chosen from the ‘Shop’ then allow 10 working days for completion from date of receipt of payment (not from date of order).
If a piece is to be custom made for a specific idea then please allow extra time for consultation for design ,etc.

Cost of Shipping?
The cost of shipping depends on the weight of each piece. We have estimated flat rate shipping at €5 throughout Ireland via An Post.
€22 for U.K. standard post.
