Description
This piece consists of three polymer flowers supported on copper rods & mounted on a blue painted wooden block. The flowers are individually handmade (no moulds used.) Textures are embossed and stamped into the clay. Chalk pastels & acrylic paint are applied to emphasis the surface texture. Copper wire is used for the centre of the flowers complimenting the copper of the rods.
This piece was inspired by wild white flowers growing on the foothills of the Dublin mountains.
The piece can be wall hung or freestanding. The flowers, rods & frames can be all custom made to suit any desired colour & space.
